We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Integration Engineer to join our team. This role requires a deep technical understanding of how subsystems interact within a larger system. While development engineers may specialize in their individual subsystems, you will be the expert on how everything fits together, guaranteeing seamless integration and overall system performance. The impact of the role

As a System Integration Engineer, you will be involved throughout QuantWare’s entire development cycle, defining system specifications and leading validation efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams and external partners to integrate and optimize components, ensuring interoperability and overall system performance.  

Through integration and test activities, you will investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessments of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution, continuously refining system performance and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. You will ensure that integration processes are well-documented, reproducible, and scalable as QuantWare builds larger, more complex systems and reaches utility-scale. 

What are you going to do?

• Plan and manage the integration of novel scaling technology developed by the R&D teams into our next generation products. Develop plans with multi disciplinary R&D teams for integration testing.

• Take the lead and formalise system engineering procedures within the company and potentially set up a dedicated system engineering team.
