As a Safety Officer & Lab Supervisor at QuantWare, your mission is to cultivate a safe, efficient, and dynamic laboratory environment. You will empower our engineers to innovate fearlessly, ensuring our cutting-edge research and development processes operate smoothly and safely. By implementing rigorous safety protocols and fostering a disciplined culture of excellence, you will drive the advancement of quantum processors from concept to reality.
What are you going to do?
Safety Officer:
Conduct and formalize mandatory risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E);
Implement health and safety measures in the workplace.
Assist R&D and Operations teams in safely introducing new processes (e.g., materials, tools).
Ensure QuantWare complies with regulatory requirements.
Lab Supervisor:
Foster a disciplined culture of cleanliness and organization.
Manage stock of essential lab tools.
Maintain lab infrastructure (cabling, electricity, etc.).
Supervise tool owners in machine maintenance.
